Woodhouse & Co. started as a traditional residential timber framing company with an emphasis in mountain rustic construct. From its onset, Green Apple House's mission statement is best-defined under the banner of modulus efficiency, that is using materials in their most efficient format define. Thos. Woodhouse & Co. became Green Apple House in 2012 with a goal of combining design with timber framing and SIPs into a more modern and technologically efficient design-build company.
